Saba is located next to St. Barths, Anguilla and St. Maarten. The island is magical and offers awesome hiking, fantastic diving, no crime and nice climate. Saba is a green rock rising out steeply of the Caribbean Sea. El Momo is a little piece of paradise with breathtaking ocean views surrounded by lush tropical gardens. The hotel targets eco oriented travellers who appreciate simplicity and nature. El Momo is very peaceful and relaxing. If you seek a healthy life style you will love it! Beautiful one bedroom house with high ceiling and large windows. Very bright, airy and great ocean views. Office is in the house and the pool right in front. Great roofed outdoor livingroom area with large terrrace attached to it. Sea views from everywhere! The hotel has 7 rooms and is located in a very quiet area, 10 minutes walking to next village of Windwardsite, aprox. 500m or 1500ft above sealevel nestled on a green tropical hill with breathtaking ocean views. It's possible to add one or two more Cottages. It's also possible to get a full restaurant licence and to open a public restaurant. Right now the resort only offers limited food for hotel guests. Breakfast only plus sandwiches and dinner once a week. Competition / Market: None. There is no real competition as the island is unique and other hotels on island have different target groups
